She's not confident singing and has said as much before. She'll fool around and have fun in karaoke streams, but an actual song is a different ball game. The likes of Mori and Kiara live for recording and releasing stuff, they clearly enjoy it very much, but Ame says that's not where her own interests lie. It's not a requirement but you WILL be expected to sing a song. Many of them mentioned they were asked to take vocal lessons/training. Everyone else in Holo En/Myth can sing to an extent, she needs to pull her weight if they choose to have another group song. If you've ever worked in your life before you'll know what you got hired for/to do is fluid, you can always be expected to do more. Hololive's only requirement is: "Be really good at SOMETHING, not everything." hence was Suisei's problem initially in being hired.
