Considering the whole "Kanata having to spend a ton of money herself for the 4th gen song" and various stories where even the biggest names like Pekora and Marine get their creative ideas slapped down when presented to management, this doesn't feel entirely true.
The only benefit the JP girls have is that they have access to the 3D equipment at the moment because of travel issues.

To be clear, Kanata asked "Can we get this done in time" to management, some of who didn't know about Coco's graduation plans at the time, and they said "I don't think we can get this done in that timeframe". Their internal support for originals/covers etc is on a first-come first-serve basis, and it takes time for that shit to wind through the corporate checks and balances.
Pekora and Marine's ideas getting slapped down yea, that's a bitch and it was before Coco announced her graduation. We don't know how much its changed exactly, since Marine WAS able to get Unison greenlit (which was the idea she talked about requiring a BIG amount of cash earlier in the year).

I actually think this is better than having a big theatre production because, if you watch the JP members streams, they spend a LOT OF TIME doing choreographing for dancing and performances, cover must spend tens of thousands of dollars to have a 3D special and Ame makes a 3D special in her garage with a rift and some models that teammates throw together.

The JP members get a lot of training - not just singing/dancing, but even just voice training - that it's not clear if EN get yet.
We can get hope they get better but the logistics of members spread across NA/EU/AUS will probably mean training will just be left up to members themselves.
(I'm EOP so I also wonder if hologra is cringe too but between moonspeak, the crazy editing, and the sheer insanity of the scripts it's just harder to recognize.)
