Even if we assume that she's had that many members for 2 years straight, that's less than a third of her SC revenue in that time. People MASSIVELY over-estimate the price of Tokyo while massively under-estimating its size.
If you look up property in Tokyo you'll see fairly spacious ones go for as low as 280k dollars, and with crime as low as it is that's not a decision you're going to get assfucked by either.
The problem with Tokyo is that even in a place with infrastructure as good as Japan you can easily end up in a really ill-connected place, but for a chuuba that's not really relevant, so it's safe to assume the place was relatively cheap.

All the holos (or at least the top half) have to potential to be if they invest their money in any way. An index fund provides 7% per year compounding interest.

Here's a random example. Korone has made $557,163 in the last year from superchats. She gets 30% of that, so $167,149 this year. Let's say she requires $50k per year to live on, that gives her $117,149 to invest. If she invested that much per year at 7% for ten years, she would have $1,618,583. Now let's say after these ten years vtubing collapses and Korone stops making money, but she now just leaves her $1,618,583 there for another ten years without touching it. Well, due to the power of compound interest it'll now be worth $3,183,998. Another ten years, it'll be $6,263,405.

This is not including any taxes, but it's also not including ANY other income streams. Realistically, Korone makes way more than her superchats, as she has memberships, merch, and sponsors. As you can see, if the holos aren't retarded, they could all become millionaires. They are all women though, so I doubt any are actually doing this.
