Enna has the best design

Enna is extremely lucky. By far, she has the best design in the wave 3. Her model is both, extremely beautiful with a pleasant colour palette, and quite versatile with potential 8 outfit combinations.
I would even go so far as to say that Enna has the best design in the whole Nijisanji EN.

Her design is pretty good but, I find too busy/a clusterfuck when looked at as a whole. Literally it's enough doodads and color swatches to be two outfits in one if not more than two outfits.

Look at her head for example, all the features -
>huge ahoge - normally this alone, can suffice as a feature for char design
>side stray hairs being two-toned (along with ahoge) also draw the eye as a feature
>flowers going over her bangs
>two fairly decent sized bows - there is so little room to cram more stuff on her head they're straight up covering some of the flowers already there
>big purple winglets off the back
>more flowers visible acting as hair ties for twintails
>hood/parka thing also there around neck

That is ALL just for the head. One or two of those combined would have looked good, not all of it at once. Finana looked a little overdone to me but this is fucking way overboard. It's still cute though, but would have been better if the designer knew how to decide on one thing and not everything. Kind of amateurish IMO, makes it look like gacha garbage from a hired gun that didn't have a strong art director refining them.

All that said Millie has the best Ethy design I think, Nina's is not bad too. Reimu's is weird, you can say it's neat/cool sure but it isn't that cute.

Also I should mention because she can just take off some bits of the outfit that's probably why it's like that, so she comes with a couple options premade. This is fine, but when it's all displayed at once it's pretty kooky looking.

I like Millie's design more. She looks like a fat Grandblue fantasy reject. The rigging was awful as well.
