As far as Snuffy, I like her just fine but I think she's better in groups and collabs. If you want my list of the most entertaining non-HL western Vtubers I've seen so far (and I know you don't but here it is anyway) they are, in no particular order:

Momo - Has a huge variety of stuff and circles she's involved in and has an angelic singing voice that could soothe monsters. Games, role playing, random shit, she does it all.

Castlehead - Recently discovered this dude and holy fuck he needs more attention. Bri'ish bloke who reminds me a lot of the old Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast type environment (quite possibly directly copied a lot of SG's mannerisms and poses actually) and his content is akin to a lounge lizard in Vegas. He sings wonderfully, he is extremely quick witted and responds to chat and comments in very humorous ways, he has high production values throughout the stream, and free style raps so well I'd swear he was reading a script except he's changing it up in real time. The dude is highly entertaining.

Ironmouse - Ignore the sob story (she wants you to) and just enjoy the Mouse. Yes she's lewd, yes she's crude, and yes she's got that Puerto Rican fire in her mouth, but she's also funny, a trained opera singer, a total weeb, and loves her followers unconditionally and without irony or cynicism. She's a delight.

Nyanners - Fuck the haters, Nyanners is the epitome of chaos and randomness in the by-gone glory days of 4chan reborn in a pink cat girl. She can do cozy or wild, sometimes in the same stream, and has an infectious sense of humor and personality that you can't help but go along with. Up until recently with high profile streamers becoming vtubers, she was easily the most (or 2nd most if you count Code Miko) popular Twitch vtuber in the west without a doubt, and watching her you will soon see why.

There are more, but those are my top 4. The 5th spot is a big tie between a lot of names, some of which I am probably forgetting right now.

it was just an idea she wanted to try, it turned out to be a pretty entertaining stream actually, mostly thanks to her fucked up sense of humor
she definitely does way more than just tiktoks, its just the past couple of weeks have been crazy for her between unexpected irl stuff like having to move suddenly and the new model/voice reveal, so tiktok streams tend to be her fallback when she needs to chill since there's very little setup/planning needed
i think as things smooth out going forward she'll get back to gaming and other stuff more

This attitude is generally a "content creator" thing.
Checkmarked normalfag channels on Youtube do it but Twitch is 99% that culture.
Not saying it doesn't happen with non-western vtubers/streamers but it's very prominent in western online culture where all their interactions are painfully fake or downright malicious for the sake of using the other person for fame and followers.
I would like to watch Snuffy more desu but just her streaming on Twitch is enough for me to not watch, simply due to the overall malicious culture of the streamers there as well as the shitty site and chats in general.
