What is actually really sweet is that Mel actually has a reference to the 3 graduated HoloLive Members.

I assume the heart gem you're referring to is the ornament in her hair, which is just her normal ornament on her second costume. It has nothing to do with Aloe. And Ayamy is just her mama. Maybe it's because I've not paying as much attention to other lives recently, but this one really seems to be a notable step up in quality from the norm. The choreography and camera work, along with the dancing from all the guests are all better than the standard I'd usually expect. Don't know if they've just decided to put more effort in for some reason or just finally taking advantage of it all being pre-recorded to polish, but it's a really good show.

She most likely did, even if only for stuff like the screen art for each performance. If that was "free", every talent would have that, as there's no downside, but that's not the case. There's probably a list of things they can have on Cover's budget, and if they want anything beyond that they're free to commission their own assets and replace them.
I'd imagine that coming up with all of those choreographies also wouldn't be company budget, and they were far too good to be something the talents came up with themselves and practiced on their own.
Though I guess it is possible that they do pay for this and the talents just usually avoid using it because dancing is hard. Not everyone can be Subaru.
But I have to say, Choco-sensei really outdid herself here, I did not expect this level of movement considering all of her previous 3D appearances. The power of Meltykiss.
