The variety across all humans is just too great. A male childhood friend of mine is 6'2" and 280lbs and has a relatively medium-high-pitched voice. She does have a deep voice, however you can just tell it's a woman. There are men (most likely Japanese) with higher voices than her. This is literally just 100% her natural voice, she's not "forcing" anything here. If you've ever seen any of her non-hololive stuff, she sounds exactly the same. She had the AC turned on all night, so she woke up with a dry throat, and she woke up pretty much right before this stream started because she went to sleep at like 4AM the previous night (this stream was at 10AM), so she didn't have time to warm up her voice or anything. She just decided to use her natural voice instead of either cancelling the stream or trying to forcing the higher voice and potentially damage her throat.
The reason she had the "Towa-kun now" notice in the top left was because she said she would be embarrassed if people clipped that stream because the voice was so different from her usual voice, so she wanted to give people watching clips some context. It's not that she was specifically "acting" as "Towa-kun".
