The only thing to me is that there is kind of an archetypical idol, so I can kind of say "Well, X and Y don't naturally fit that as well, so maybe they're Niji-ish?" for some Holos, while there's not really an archetypical liver so even with the more idol-esque ones it's like "yeah, but they can do (and probably ARE doing) that in Nijisanji just fine."
But even in the first case like, they chose to try and fit that idol mold, and in theory any of the Niji girls could too (although I can't even imagine what it'd look like for a lot of them), so eh?

Hard to find anyone since I never really gave much thought to what makes someone "feel" like they belong to a certain company. I suppose Kirame might fit since she doesn't really collab with men much and fills the "distinct voice" quota. As for Holo in Niji Towa seems like the clear answer to me. If I could pick Nijis that have collabed with men then I'd say Hakase, Amamya, Melissa and Furen all have some quality or another that I think Holofans would like. Ars as well for the Minecraft lovers.

In reality, all of Holo fits into Niji but only a small subsect of Niji meets Holo's restriction to fit in.

in term of personality Marine probably fit in niji. she is great at zatsudan, not too autist & can interact well in collab, plus she have particular otaku taste. Probably she'll get along with rindou, debi & utako.

I think most if not all Holos could swap and make it work, but maybe people like Marine, Polka, Matsuri and FBK in Nijisanji would feel more natural.
For the other side is a bit hard for me. What makes someone "Holo-esque"? The appeal of Hololive to me is that they are *suppposed* to be "pure" jap idols but fail to do that by being normal women. I guess Lize, Hayase and the Selejo girls? Because they kind of subvert your expectations even if slightly

Holoesque? I only really follow one Niji, Chima, and she can fit hololive very well. Her streams mainly comed down to singing, Micra, and shilling. Her collabs with males are limited to songs and honestly who can blame her if a cover demands an actual male voice.

Nijiesque? Gen 1, 2, and Gamers. The Niji influence is hard to ignore when these generations were basically copying what worked at the time before Gen 3 showed the power of group dynamics and idol parodies.
