why do a lot of them still live with their parent(s)?
are they poor or something?
even low-tier twitch streamers are seemingly able to find a place of their own

Afaik pic related still live with her mom cause she genuinely cannot take care of herself alone

Selection bias? Maybe living at home frees up a lot of responsibility so they focus more on what important for being a streamer

Living with your parents as an adult is normal in many parts of the world.

-It's different in Japan
-The rich ones live with their parents to take care of them financially while the parents wash their dishes and stuff like that
-A lot of them are shut-in NEETs, being rich doesn't change that
-Why would Pekora want a house?

Anon do you not know how expensive houses are in several parts of the world?

>dont have to pay as much rent
>get homecooked meals
>if you're a leach you can get your laundry done
assuming you can get a bit of privacy there's no real reason, it can even boost views because normies cream themselves about holomoms

Same reason I do, it's fucking easy. I don't like other people, but I'll tolerate living with them for making things easier and not having to slave away at some job for most of the day just to pay for everything.

Why would anyone not want to live with their parents? I have my own apartment and i still asked my mother to move in with me

Asian culture. Multigeneration households are still something that exists in Japan. Also the fact that Japs aren't fucking means that they're even less likely to move out.

That's pretty normal in many parts of the world, it's just Americans that made it a stigma due to propaganda by real estate companies when owning property was still relatively cheap.

>> No.11657578

Pretty sure even burgers are quickly realising that there isn't anything wrong with staying with your parents. Pay them rent and take responsibility for all the utility bills if you feel the need to.

you have to be socially adept to be able to move out with friends/boyfriend or extremely responsible to be able to support yourself, usually both. that’s the wall. people who play games all their life have neither skill sets.
By the way living in a 1 room apartment next to a sewage dump or very active train station like most normies who brag about moving out do, is not suitable for streaming. even living on your own decently you can’t stream well due to having neighbors who will make complaints about noise.

They're not married. That's how most of the world operates. You don't abandon your family for solitude.

I actually did check out the various prices. It's... not actually as bad as I thought if you're willing to live somewhere that isn't the full fucking center. Everyone in the top 20 SC could do it with a couple months of earnings, cash.

>they still have to go to the hololive office
Only for 3D and the interview.
All this being said.
>>11657291
>why do a lot of them still live with their parent(s)?
This is similar to the "3 months of wages" rule for Diamond rings.
It's something Americans were psyopped into by industrial interests.
It's not that way in other places.
