It would pretty completely sour the relationship between pretty much the entire customer-base and Cover. Every Holo would have to indirectly answer for it during their streams (either making excuses or for weeks on end, mass dislikes from people who actually regularly use the platforms would begin on the main channel. Holo's themselves will probably have a more strained relationship with management.
It would be a constantly referenced black mark on the agency's history at best, and an actual Coco level (but worse since it's actually in EN/JP circles) shitfest at worst.
