By pure number alone, Kenmochi has near 50% 50% male to female ratio, and he often pull Kuzuha's number in terms of CCV, followed with Kuzuha, and Kanae.

For female one, Mito probably, with 25% female viewers. Gibara used to be the one when she put out those Twisted Wonderland gacha vids. Crossick are popular with female (mostly lesbians) too, but not sure how they're doing individualy, Sukoya mentioned her ratio was 20% female early last year.

It's weird, if you put it numbers wise Kenmochi might have the most women watching him live, at any moment. But there could be fans who watch vtubers and don't show up to streams. Mashiro remarked that his female viewership dropped when he spammed yugioh/duelmas, and since he isn't doing it as much anymore and does mostly talk/photo submission streams, female viewership went back up.
