Yeah no. I like Kiara's other content, but even I drop off when it goes to the 25th part, 7hour video (and if even people like me drop off, I imagine that casual watchers don't even start). That's why deep into a series you see the livewatchers dip to 2-3k, basically the floor of hardcore fans who'd watch anything of their oshi, even just a sleeping stream.
RPGs in general are kinda shit streaming content (or rather, it takes a very special talent to make them watchable, and not many have them). They tend to be long, too long for most, and their narrative nature makes it so that you can't hop on and off easily but have to watch from the start, and that intimidates a lot of people into never starting at all.
That's why I'm rather baffled that Mori for example still holds out for P3, and I can only imagine at this point it has more to do with it being a "white whale" (I want it because I can't have it), not because there's anything in particular good about the game itself. It's a long game, and for the most part it's boring as fuck, the views will be shit, and by the time she gets two or three parts in she'd be miserable and shelve it anyway.
