It really depends on the generation. When I was a young kid, it was sanitized but very serious (as in questioning anything, no matter how innocently, would get you in trouble really quickly.) They are, from my understanding, the reason for uttering God's name (any number of them) is to invoke his presence, so when you do it carelessly, you are breaking that commandment. You do not make allusions to God by any name. Not that I care, because it's all bullshit, but your doctrine is not universal, and the most strict sects of Christianity would consider saying "Jesus" as an exclamatory, to be a breach of the second commandment.
