Nijisanji has a lot of plankton clinging to the bottoms of whales. The audience is more sensitive to the idea of being taken for a ride, since there are is a much larger rotation of new talents and obviously not all of them will be lifelong chuubas. So hearing VtL from a glorified 2view who doesn't actually feel it in her soul is patronizing, given the amount of work and time that's gone into making the song actually have meaning.
For good or bad, Hololive is more selective. They don't breed as often, but they last a long time; the elves to Niji's humans. So it's generally assumed that every girl who "makes it on the team" has paid her dues or at least earned her way before coming to Hololive. In a way, new girls singing SSS only makes the song even more powerful. They're adding their strength to the Aldmeri Dominion.
