I don't hate Mori x Kiara collabs, but the fact that TakaMori was an 'integral' part of their characters for a long time made all of the collabs frustrating watching Mori do her tsun act, not once really dropping it and having a no-strings-attached fun time with Kiara during a collab. Some of it is to be blamed on Kiara as well because she fed into it with her over-affectionate character, but I'm glad to see it go and hear Kiara say she wants it to relax a lot. The only thing I'm afraid of (and rightly so based on Twitter activity) is that some people are so invested in the TakaMori dynamic that that's the main reason they visit her streams.

Adding to that, she's taking a break. Said that the management told her she should wait longer and that after talking to them decided it would be better if she took a little break. Undetermined time frame. I just want to see them collab because Sana is 100% pure positive energy and somewhat airheaded like Kiara can be and their 'gaming' skills couldn't be more opposite, so it'd be fun to watch a supportive Sana cheer Kiara on. Their airheadedness manafests in different ways that could play well off each other. Sana makes goofy cute noises for dead air and Kiara rambles on for hours about the most mundane shit like getting an extra bread and Sana could easily play into it.

Sorry for the late response, but the vod I linked should be the first part of the game, so there was no previous collab. I think Kiara is just aware of the mic/mixer/voice complains and used that collab as a chance to ask Ame for help. I personally dont care, if it is because of a settings change or because she is more relaxed now, but there is a noticable improvement imo.

Hi KFP, a tourist here. I don't watch Kiara, nor can I say I am that much of a fan of hers. I find her attitude to be a grating and sometimes I feel she ruins collabs. But I'm not writing this to bash your oshi. I am writing this to say that despite my feelings about Kiara I really respect her as a self promotor and I respect her business savvy. She recognizes her greatest advantage over all of HoloEN and is utilizing it to the fullest; that she is fluent in JPN and knows the most about JPN culture. Her being there when a JP member comes to the EN Minecraft server for the first time tells me she sees the opportunity to expand her name amongst JPN members and their fans as it is essentially a debut for her everytime she does this. She knows the opportunity and the rewards are there for the picking. And the thing I respect the most is that she never let's these types of opportunities slip; on the contrary, she grabs these opportunities by the neck. While it does make these interactions with a JP member simply a means to some greater reward, I cannot hate on the amount of hustle she puts in to further herself. I won't watch Kiara, but I do have a huge amount of respect for how much she is willing to grind.

This is a Kiara thread so I'm not looking to make this into an edition/system war, but you can't really say that 5e has strong character creation variation even if you dig into picking a class, race, subclass and multiclass combination. Its biggest selling point is its simplicity and ease of pick up and play, almost no other system can boast being able to introduce a new player and make them ready to play in minutes. On the other hand after a few campaigns I've found actual gameplay tends to be roughly the same.

All of this aligns with what she told us before.
The only information that seems new to me is her talking about Latin. But seeing how in most of the Germanosphere the second foreign language teached in school (after English) is either Latin or French that's not that surprising or unlikely.
When talking to someone from Japan who at most had shitty English classes all of this is kinda worth mentioning. There is a good chance that Kiara's Chinese was better than Flare's English before the coffee elf started to do her reps for Hololive. Japanese English classes are notoriously terrible.

In pekora's trading hub, you have an armor guy in floor 1 and -1, next to a guy that sells completely different shit.
In Miko's trading center, the enchantment guys are well organized, and the architecture is pretty, but the farm guys with 4 glass rooms are a pain in the ass.
In old phoenix town it was always "where is the guy that buy iron again?", but if you knew tetsuo's home you had basically no problem.
In pheonix town 2.0, all the armor guys are at the same place and the most important ones have name tags. Even if you can't find him, you just have to ring the bell. It's functional, efficient and pretty. The melon guys were never hard to find, nor were the iron guys. The enchanting part could become a mess, though...
