I think its mostly just a matter of her not being able to do it comfortably for an entire song.
She's said one of her worst fears is irreparably fucking up her vocal cords in some way, and I doubt its copyright since (at least in my own experience as some one whose involved in the scene) metal tends to be a lot less persnickety about covers than other genres are.

I get cursing when you are feeling stuff or you want to use it as a punchline but her way is just not the way. I don't like talking to people that has no other better vocab than bitch mtf as well.
