- Kuzuha is more popular than Pekora in Japan, meaning he is the most popular vtuber there
- Nijisanji has better 3D tech than hololive
- Nijisanji has less restrictions and less managers power tripping, sticking their nose in everything and trying to control what everyone can do or not
- Nijisanji has more game permissions than hololive
- NijiEN has better chemistry than holoEN and their interactions feel natural instead of forced
- Vshojo has several streamers that get more viewers on average than some of holoEN's streamers

-They're close, its also hard to gauge 'popularity. Are we going by CCV? Subs? VOD views?
-Yes, anyone who says otherwise is an idiot. IMO Hololive MODELS may be better, but 3d tech isn't where they've invested their time + money, so Niji beating them on that front should come as no surprise
-Agreed, but that's also just a difference between company culture as well. Nijis have 0 obligations to stream and all and don't get any sort of salary either, so its a tradeoff.
-Yes, because Hololive is 1000 times more anal about their permissions because they nearly got nuked last year for it
-Yea, it does help that Lazulight all stream mostly in the same timezone and knew each other before they joined NijiEN. Holomyth are spread across multiple timezones and work hours, so they're handicapped on that front too. With Council joining it appears things are progressing more on that front. Also fuck Takamori, that horrid forced shipping bullshit.
-Hard to compare, YT is known to cull live viewer counts a bit whereas twitch does not. Furthermore, raids. 1:1 number comparisons are a bit tricky but for sure Vei, Nyanners and Ironmouse beat Kiara on average numbers and match up somewhat to Ame/Mori depending on what's being streamed.
