No, she knows a lot more than she lets on. She does overall seem young and naive but isn't quite the degree she presents herself as. It is easy to be smart (or at least not actually-dumb) and with some practice act dumb convincingly, but not vice versa.

She tries to act cool and pro or at least experienced about some things (namely games) but proves to not really have any skills or deeper understanding of most any of them. It gives me the impression she may really want to be thought of as at least being a capable gamer of decent taste, but it falls apart. Since she seems to much to know /v/ that kind of matches up exactly to how they are, they're just all talk and opinions and can't put their money where their mouth is. For rosemi though this bumbling failure is kind of cute in its own way though, wosemi is vewy wovabw.
