That's because Marine and Pekora lean more into the entertainment side of things which grabs more viewers by nature. Korone just wants to be a good dog that brightens others days by doing what she likes to do, regardless of her numbers.
Other events also have more fanbase overlaps due to guests while korone did all of this pretty much on her own so having 70k people coming to see her and her alone is pretty good all things considered.

Kinda depends more on what you work on doesn't it. Working on dancing doesn't exactly attract attention to a stream where she doesn't dance most of the time. Meanwhile Marine promoting her stream and Peko putting in a lot of hours has a proven direct effect on viewer numbers. You can't compare different kind of work and expect the same yield.
