She cancelled a collab through proxy due to an undisclosed reason and then spent the entire time she was supposed to be collabing online anyway and you can say oh but the amount of effort required to collab is significantly higher than just participating in a friends stream which is a reasonable conclusion though you need to consider that Pippa is an entertainer with significant experience (>2 years) and thus its reasonable to assume that she understands that her fan base will extract whatever public information they can find in ambiguous situations and create a narrative from it and in this case this is how the timeline looks from a viewers perspective:

>No further updates on this come from Pippa
>Tenma mentions on her streams the collab may be cancelled and she will play the game single player

Homestuck has a very high wall during the beginning where it's slow and boring if she manages to get though that we'll probably get to see the cool parts and stuff
but it's still slow as fuck to read on a stream so who even knows if she decides to finish it on stream or read it by herself off stream

it starts out rather goofy and weird, it gets really interesting and fun to read until you get to the "Troll" characters, which turns into a rather nasty slump in quality until it somehow manages to return to being a fun read, then the quality fucking tanks after a couple hundred pages. It pretty much devolves into horny teenagers arguing about inane shit for hours with little to no progress, it just turns into shipperfaggotry bait.
Some people say it's because of ghost writers and the irl issues the author had, I just think the comic went too far up it's own ass and didn't wrap things up in a timely fashion for the sake of milking the Tumblr fans.
If you want an actually good read from Homestuck's author just read Problem Sleuth instead, it manages to be consistently funny and easy to follow from beginning to end.

it has cool sci-fi videogamy ideas and many characters, some interesting, some tropey as fuck, however all good things it may have get lost in the format, as the webcomic features chat logs between the characters which take like 90% of the whole thing, which I guess, worked well for the shipfags back then, but it means you have to read hours of inane dialogue before anything ever happens, and barely anything happens at all
