Theoretically this is pretty functional for a start-up but the mistake they made (which everyone criticized them for when they revealed themselves) was that more than half their roster were already self-made and successful but those girls were not part of the management structure in the backend, and it painted the picture that VShojo exists just for this close-knit group to get professional clout and isn't actually the benevolent start-up it really claimed to be, and it shows in their actions as there's virtually no management helping the girls behave for a professional setting.
It's also probably very telling that Zen's outbursts are going out to the public and not just sticking to whatever discord chat they have where there's supposed to be a support network with friends and management.

It's going to be VERY interesting to see how the new generation pans out.

The mute sign language streamer I'm talking about is the twitch streamer Tyriss. Her Vtuber avatar is just the same as her VRchat avatar btw, but yeah. Here's a fair warning though, if you don't like the game she's playing on a certain stream, you probably won't like that stream because it's a bit hard to carry a boring game when you're mute. I haven't really cared for any of her streams the past few weeks.
However, her VR streams are gold. Her being mute has made her skill at non-verbal communication so golden, that's why I loved her Half Life Alyx stream from like a year ago the most, the amount of nonverbal gags she was able to do with just the game's engine was unparalled to anything I've seen before. Unfortunately the VOD is dead cause twitch is a fucking garbage website. Her normal game streams are more a hit or miss, but when she streams VR games she's a top-tier streamer.
