This is true, I don't even see any EOPs in HoloJP chats anymore. Even if you limit yourself to Hololive you've got 11 EN VTubers to choose from, 17 if you include the IDs. The only reason EOPs watched the JPs is because they didn't have anything better, now they have a treasure trove of VTubers they can actually understand and they're not going back.
