I can certainly understand her situation.
I am that person with the completely destroyed sleep schedule who always answers late and complains about fatigue, etc. But the problem lies in the fact that I like to stay up all night. It's the time of day I enjoy being on the internet the most (because Ame and other vtubers stream late at night in my time zone).
There is a conflict of interest between what is probably the thing that makes me the most miserable but also the thing that brings me the most happiness.
Every time I try to change, something drives me back to destroy my sleep schedule. And the worst thing is that I only feel happiness doing it.
I'm a complete mess and at this point I don't know what to do. I change my sleep schedule when I need to be active for a certain activity (work or some friends/family thing) but both the streams and my growing unhappiness at missing them make me destroy myself once more, as I become happy again.
And yes, I get laughed at for being this retarded, but it''s what it is

Bros I'm worried, I've gotten to the point where I struggle to fully enjoy other holomem streams when Ame isn't present. I used to be able to bounce around all of myth and watch when Ame wasn't streaming no problem. But now all I think about is her, particularly when they are playing minecraft. It must be hard trying to predict your desire to play different games 4-5-6 days in advance, plus having to be happy and not dragging a bad mood when streaming, despite life circumstances. Not the case with today's stream btw, I was just thinking about the nature of the schedules.
I'm completely convinced that the only reason there are so many 1-2 hour streams from many Holos, is because they "have" to play something they said they were going to play but when streaming didn't feel like playing (same with collabs, scheduled ones).
We should focus on quality and not quantity, and accept that schedules, while necessary, will never be 100% effective in terms of quality (unless they are very good at predicting)
I thought about that when I realized how much more everyone enjoys collabs when they are spontaneous. Or how you can tell when someone really enjoys what they play. Streams that the streamer enjoys are always better and longer.
The schedules, while necessary because of the complexity of fan time zones, are really the best thing for content? obviously a twitch-ish "let's see what we do today" thing would be worse for everyone, but how could it be implemented in a traditional schedule to get around this problem? is there such a solution, if any?

The more I think about it, the more I liken these top Vtubers to sports stars. They very much seem disconnected from the real world in a sense that you don't actually know what happens behind the scenes, and as fans you're sort of on the other side of a glass window looking in. Thousands of people following them for something they do for a couple of hours each week and then then it's goodbye until next time. I hope a few years down the line we get some rogue ex-hololive member that releases a biography revealing, in detail, everything which happens as part of the job, the workings behind the scenes, the stuff we don't see. And maybe then people will be able to sympathize with these girls a little more.

And just for clarity I'm not talking about personal life shit or drama. But the actual Hololive stuff that we can't really understand because we're not in the same position as them.

This kind of thing is why i would be fine with more a general timeslot schedule than a concrete game by game schedule. Like the Amedly days, those were great and it allows Ame to do more of what she wants which probably would lead to her streaming even longer. Still schedule things like karaoke or watchalongs but for games just have a general "gamer time" on the schedule.

Ame clearly has a lot more interest and experience in 3D than live2D. 3D is her realm and since she's knowledgeable about it you can bet she's gonna experiment a lot IF Cover lets her have full access to it.
All of EN has a VR+tracking setup now thanks to her so it would be a huge waste if they can't do full stuff with the cover model.
