It was terrible yes, guess she doesn't have an idea yet how she's supposed to sing it. One thing I love/hate from Aqua is she's always trying to arrange the song she's singing, but bad arrangement will just lead to bad music.
Like now she's singing Marigold, she already sung it a lot before so she definitely know how the original one sounded, but her sticking to her arrangement of it just made me mute the stream since it's just plain bad, it's offkey everywhere and the tempo doesn't even match the instrumental.

I don't really watch Shion streams, but losing a pet so suddenly sucks. Especially with cats where they can seem to go from healthy to deathbed within a day and you're left wondering if you could have noticed sooner (you often can't).
She probably should take a break, but hope she'll be fine regardless and this doesn't put her off having more pets in the future. If she got it from a breeder, perhaps that breeder needs properly checking out as they may be fucking up and giving the poor things heart defects from shit in-breeding.

Presently that seems to be the most likely possibility.
The problem is aside from those 2(TWO) pictures of him taken ages ago, the fact that he's of Bengal breed, the fact that both pictures showed him in cage, and how he meowed loudly yesterday before dropping dead almost immediately when rushed over to vets, we have absolutely no other information about him.
Other holo streamers like Mio, Aqua, etc. had some moments where their pets were doing something while they're streaming, and the girls also occasionally talked on their pets' behavior and their diet, so if anything happened we have the information to try making a hypothesis of what caused it. Rui though, got almost no mention on streams, so we will never know whether how Shion raised him was a factor in his passing, or it's just Rui getting dealt the bad hand early in his lifespan.
All in all though, condolences to Shion and hope she can bounce back from this.

She noticed Mu-chan was starting to behave differently from his usual self pretty early and was fast to make appointment with vets. Might have more experience with pet in general though since she really loved the Golden Retriever her grandma owned. It was probably a big cage and it’s a common practice in Japan, most people I know have cages for their cats at home. I don’t have any because I keep them free around the house, but none of my jap friends here in Tokyo have had any trouble with the cage bothering their cats as they’re used to it (I asked since I was surprised at first.)
