Ame overlaps a lot as it is -- she explained in a Supa Sunday once before when someone complained about it (I wish I could remember which one) that they do have the calendar so that they can check for overlap if they want, but oftentimes they can't help it so it just ends up happening. If you're freer than usual on a certain day I can see why you'd want to check.
Late night for Mondays and Minecraft is pretty standard anyway.

Remember when Ame’s old Supa Sundays would go on for hours even if she didn’t have many to read? There were so many memorable tangents, she’d play around with her model and she’d sing or jam along with entire songs on bubb4bot. Heck, even her just taking 15 minutes to order food or tea was entertaining. And bubb4bot would go on for another 20-30 minutes after the stream ended.
Now she’s just reading super chats (not even all of them) and answering questions. And the bubb4bot “after party” is just KK Good Day whether or not it actually was a good day. /hlgg/ would often belittle Teamates for watching boring super chat readings and >we’d say, “it’s more than that. It’s basically a zatsudan. Ame gets easily distracted and goes on amusing tangents and it’s an opportunity for her to flex her creative muscles.” Now their arguments actually make sense. The only reason to watch these streams now is to listen to her voice. And I guess I’m desperate enough to keep doing that, but I’m not happy about it when I remember what once was.
I feel like Ame year two won’t even come close to the first one. And these lackluster Supa Sundays are one of the reasons why. Wish she’d drop them entirely and just play games instead or go back to the way they used to be.

In a way, I relate to what you're saying, but I think instead of seeing it as evidence of "Ame's decline" or whatever, you should really view it as proof that Supa Sunday has kind of run its course and become an obligation for Ame instead of something she enjoys doing. The only thing you really miss is that she does it for 8 hours, needing to take breaks from such a titanic task with bubb4bot in the background while she wanted to die. Now she does the same thing in shorter, easier to do sessions, which seems to annoy you. Either way it looks like it's just the classic "it used to be better" effect that any weakling ends up falling for

We don't get as long a Supa Sunday but that means she has more time to do other stuff
Plus she's very grateful for all the support and wants to thank everyone but simply can't do the long streams anymore, so her current system is working just fine

Which is why it's down to a few hours at most. Plenty of time to still stream later in the evening if she wanted to.
How I see it is, she still does this because she wants to. She could just drop Supa Sunday and either read SCs as they come in or just after streams or not at all, but she still chooses to for some reason, so I'll believe that she just does like to do this.
I suppose none of us would know what her exact thought process is or where her mind's at exactly, so who's to say.
Maybe she does still enjoy it, or maybe she just does it out of obligation, although it is true that she's just as grateful for us as we are for her.

People will often have these kinds of kneejerk reactions in response to recent events and it'll override their memory of other recent events. A common (and more blatantly incorrect) phenomenon when it comes to Ame discussion, for example, is thinking that she abandoned packed schedules after December. This is obviously not true, but it's a typical kneejerk reaction to seeing an occasional light schedule.
Part of this is also viewing older memories through rose-tinted goggles, as if the older times didn't have their own issues.

The way some people try to use Ame's drive to want to be creative against her is absolutely baffling. She's one of the few corpo vtubers who actually tries to bring different things to the table, instead of recycling the same 3 types of content every week. She plays to strengths, she's keeps things fresh and she's really good at it too. She has so many "soft skills" that fly under people's radar, especially on here. I agree with what you're saying. But I wouldn't put all that on those people in the comments. This is as much Ame's fault too. She's openly admitted to trying to hit that high for when she does pull off something different. She very much looks forward to trying to one up herself each time. Though it would surely help for her to take a step back and have a breather every so often.

On another note, (I think she's started doing this recently actually) she should maybe dial it back a little bit when teasing her projects. Obviously not completely, but just enough to give her some room. I have been thinking about this for sometime but I can't put it into words because of my poor language skills.
Since holoEN debuted I became addicted to their livestream especially Ame's. I have been thinking, what's the difference? livestreaming has been a thing for a while but I couldn't get into until holoEN. For me, the twitch-meta where streamers have to swear and say vulgar words in ugly amount is distasteful for me. No people in real world behave like that. Some people might think that being able to swear like sailors and overwhoring is a form of liberation but for me it's just being trapped in another meta.
That's why I am grateful that Hololive put some restrains on what the girls can say, effectively bringing them back to realm of normal people. Not to say that they can't go off the rail but I just like how they do it in moderation and suitable to a context. Thanks Cover for picking Ame.
