I saw there was a single lora on civitai that even bothered to include her original model and it looked terrible just from the previews.
The dataset is limited, so some NAI model might require the weight to be lowered a bit. In contrast, on EF+hll I have better results bringing the weight up to 1.2 to have the dress properly come out, since those kinds of details are exactly the kind to get muddled.

There's an explanation for that, mainly that all of my 1.5 stuff (nai model, settings, testing set-up with 1.5 models and wildcards) resides on another server that is currently down until I reinstall stuff on it. Plus there was already a 1.5 lora for that chuuba iirc so I'd rather update the ones that don't have XL versions than improving 1.5 loras.
I can make the training work on my current set-up and bake something quick but I will defer any intense 1.5 lora testing to others if they would like, as I'm getting too many crashes as it is.

Nah SDXL just requires more juice to gen. You can try SD Forge, which is a A1111 branch that is optimized for SDXL, especially for lower end cards.

If you are using regular a1111 try restarting after switching to the xl model. For more permanent solution switch to the forge a1111 version. It should not take that long on a 2070, im sure. I was doing xl on a 1070ti before I upgraded, took around 45 seconds.

Most definitely. There is way more fan art of her second outfit than her first. You hilighted one of my biggest issues with loras made by other people: So many only scrape boorus for their datasets. There is a ton of art on pixiv and twitter art tags that NEVER make it onto booru sites.

I tried making a Lora myself (not Azki related) in the past, but I'm still inexperienced in that, so it didn't work out. I need to look up more guides while I still have the images.
When I was looking for the images though, Danbooru had only one picture of what I needed. There were a few on Pixiv, so that was nice, but looking for images just using the vtuber's name is a pain. Twitter is full of random nonsense, and sometimes the art tag has too many memes. You end up scrolling forever just to find a few good images, so I guess Danbooru is an easy compromise.
Also, I sometimes find more images on Gelbooru or Yande.re than on Danbooru, especially when looking for artists. I don't know what that's about.

I'll share my idea, so if any anon here has the knowledge, they can quickly hack some code

Take stock CLIP-L from openai, use the vision encoder to encode an image of <<chuuba>>
Now take the CLIP-L from pony, get the text encoder output for all the tokens in the token dictionary, and do a similarity check
any random token with high similarity should be the hash

You can do the same with CLIP-bigG if you have the GPU for it
pre-cache the text encoder outputs as optimization

for art styles, use multiple images of the same artist and check common tokens excluding character attributes

I think forge has a regional prompter as well which includes something called "latent mode" which allows multiple loras.

It's just that I haven't tested it on XL and I thought there was something broken with it which led you to ask that question, but if you haven't tried it yet it should work in theory as long as you use Latent mode

Just don't panic when you observe it will take longer. The more sections you add in latent mode, the longer it takes. Addbase+addcol means 3 individual sections (base, left column, right column) so it takes 3 times longer to generate an image when using Latent mode.

I could do 10 quick gens on 1.5 and then improve whatever comes out before XL shits out the second abomination.
Minute long gen times on regular 512x768 is unusable because you cant even tie down prompts like that.

NTA but I'm on AMD and SDXL on 1024x1024 only takes 6-7 seconds depending on how many LORAs i use. The limit for going bigger is typically the vram.

You're not meant to output 512x768 on XL regardless of how long it takes. There's a resolution cheatsheet, follow the resolutions in that otherwise you will get abominations. Base gen of 1024x1024 should be way quicker than a 1024x1024 on sd 1.5. Hirez fix might take longer depending on how much vram you have because forge will tile it up or something to prevent oom.
When I'm talking about 1 minute I mean fully upscaled to 2000px resolution, adetailer and all that shit.

Yeah I got that but again, you need to do quick shit gens to make sure the prompts do what you want before you actually start producing mass and thats just not viable when every check takes over a minute

Use forge. 1024x1024 is pretty quick. 2070 should be beefy enough to achieve 7 sec with xformers and all the shit nvidia throws at you. Make sure your environment is up to date with the latest torch and everything else not some 1 year old install.

Got a new GPU and using up those last Colab goodboypoints? If you've got enough left for more than an hour at the higher rate, try the fancier GPU with more VRAM out and fuck with a larger batch size when using sd upscale. Watching it spit 4K out of SD1.5 in 1 minute or so (batch size of 9) is amusing
