Rosemi has tons of projects lined up, she is the most committed of the first two gens. Selen is 50/50. I'd say 70/30 if VSOP EN actually became a thing. Feesh is dead weight and staying as is Petra.

I can see Kyo bailing from Nijisanji and trying to score a Mythic contract and go flesh route or joining Merryweather's group for a free model / ride the indie train. I don't see Vshojo running the risk investment for him

Ren has basically been one foot out the door for a while now, wouldn't be shocked if he departed over the Summer. Nice guy, just doesn't fit within Niji.

Aster and Aia are the weak links, they'll begrudgingly stay. Maria seems very committed, as does Scarle. XSOLIA has been getting a lot of love from the management as of late. I can only see Ver leaving via Asian guilt from his parents.

I think the most realistic outcome is that nijiHQ tries to prune the EN branch like they did the others, and in response the enna clique and EN management do a kawaii gen 3 and just make a new corp somewhere else. But the thing is, at that point the clique are no longer middle managers just trying to pass the responsibility on and not get in trouble with niji, but actually own the newcorp and get real immediate financial benefit from having big talents like selen and pomu, so they are going to start trying to butter them up.

Predictions for the upcoming year (mostly from EN side since I'm an EOP):

I feel like 2024 will not be the year for NijiEN based on 2023. 2023 things seemed brewing, and I think 2024 is when the levee breaks.
Selen gets on a shadowban from this whole thing she is in now. She comes back. Selen doesn't renew contract. She graduates mid-year. Niji management tries to play this off as a mutual parting.
Hana Macchia leaves before long after the stress from the videos that surfaced builds up and since past Niji ID is gone. Tries to get more success on adult platforms after, but anons just pirate her content.
Kyo does or says something stupid again and doubles down on it. Gets graduated.
Pomu stays for now since Elira and others are still around. She'll cling on 'til the end.
Finana is my wildcard prediction. I bet she gets upset with her low numbers over time, gets some dumb misunderstanding on why they're grim that ultimately blames viewers, and she thinks she'll go indie and things will get better, only to fail.
Enna... I think she'll hang around another year. If Kyo does something stupid and gets fired, she'll leave after that.

I predict Fuwamoco will go on an extended hiatus from a vocal cord injury from keeping up their voice and straining themselves with their dedication to kayfabe. My offshot prediction-- I predict someone from ReGLOSS will get into a scandal like someone having a boyfriend or something, and with them being not as used to the pressure from fans, they'll crack and either go on an indefinite hiatus to recover. I don't think it'll lead to graduation necessarily.
I think Gura will not graduate 2024 but streams will be even more limited than 2023.
I don't think Ame will graduate either. It'll be just another year of 'taking it easy' with not much ambitious stuff happening.
