1: Cover sapped all their motivation. When you hear stuff like Kiara's rant about not being respected as they should be for despite their 3 years senpai status to the point they get denied anniversary lives. And Ame saying she can't even use models like Ame bee whenever she wants to anymore. It's clear that most aren't happy with how things evolved. Promise and Advent might not have it that bad because they came after and are used to things being that way, but Myth saw the whole thing unfold on them.
2: Losing interest is a normal thing. They pretty much do the same things year after year with fan expectations of them following that pattern. Which when you have a fanbase like Gura's on top of that, might disgust you from streaming altogether.

They haven't organized a full HoloEN collab since late 2021. Cover does have a strict NDA so anything related to contracts or suspensions is hidden. Gura, Ina, and Ame have all disappeared for months in the winter with only vague management approved excuses. Doesn't matter if they call it a health break or a solo stream hiatus but there is something going on behind the scenes. Vesper did get into that huge fight in November and 7 months later was showing a 2.0 model redesign so it's not hard to figure out what contract issue might be causing these recurring fights with HoloEN.

To be direct the biggest HoloEN problem is that Ina and Kronii were given highly sexualized designs. They were the first 2 Korean women hired by Hololive and it's obvious they find their skimpy outfits degrading. That has led to a series of redesign fights that would get worse during contract renewals. The situation with Myth was so heated that Yagoo replaced the EN project manager so he could reach some type of settlement. Dimitri Jap mentioned only a few days ago on his LinkedIn profile that Cover is making changes to show that leadership cares. Of course /vt/ unicorns brought up Tempus but most likely he was referring to internal issues with HoloEN.

I blame a lot of it on Kiara during the full Myth collabs. She ruined a lot of them and would go menhera anytime someone would try talking to Mori. Her fanbases didn't help whenever another member of Myth would mention Mori in their streams. It always turned into "ohh what will Kiara say?" It just felt like Myth as a whole was on eggshells when together and couldn't openly communicate.

I think Mori saw the light and pushed more for the music side of things.

Ina over worked herself with the artist side job.

Ame never stayed consistent. When she had something working for her she'd change it to be contradictory. The entire don't want to be Gura's sidekick so I'll avoid most contact or stopped doing things like Ame in the AM were good examples.

Gura is too much of a diva. She didn't get certain things she wanted so she's basically sitting in idle. It's easy money.

Do they think they can conjure up an equally large audience with the debut of every new talent? The studio time seems like it will become an ever increasing issue the more new members are hired. JP will always get priority. Bae and Irys moved/will move to Japan in order to force themselves onto the JP side and be involved more.
