The public notices are to let people know about what happened to the girls they watch. As I said, Riro's firing is fair because taking donations on the side cutting Idol out is very clearly against the terms of her contract. I don't know if there are rules about fan meetings but using your vtuber persona to solicit thousands of dollars in donations while cutting Idol out of their cut is grounds for firing and justified.
Everything else may have contributed to the decision to not allow her to have a second chance and perhaps pay back what she owed, but the donations are a valid firing reason. Going public with it however was quite sinister, it would've cost nothing to give Riro the same decency that Yuri received.

I'm pretty sympathetic to this. But it doesn't seem like Riro was directing people to go around Idol, it sounds more like someone offered her some stuff and she accepted it. Although we don't know exactly how it went down.
