The length of streams don’t correlate much at all to vod views. This only ever applies to top talents like Gura/Pekora/Marine for example because of the level of popularity they’re at. For anyone else, what occurs generally is a length of “dead time” where views past a certain hour become non-existent as you aren’t getting tourists peeping into a 4 hour stream where they have no clue what’s going on in the story or generally just not interested in joining an ongoing stream.

If you want a good example I’d suggest checking Lamy’s channel out. 95% of her DQ5 series all fall under the same exact rule
