Why not just have a VRchat sponsored 3d live with full body tracking?
Im sure there's a LOT of fans who have made high def 3d models that you can steal (since the fanart agreement means that anybody in the company can use the material for monitized purposes), give your talents 500$ for a mocap suit and just do this shit at home.
