Most EN chuuba names feel retarded/silly in some way, there's a reason they're called such as Calli/Mori, Ame, Ina. Usually people pick something that's short and easy to pronounce/remember, and the name itself becomes secondary.
Also Pomu Rainpuff is the cutest EN name. You might forget the Rainpuff part but at least it's not in the way and sounds a lot better than something like "Ninomae Inanis"
