The problem is Kronii isn't aware that the voice actor industry is about just getting the work that's offered to them. There's rarely open casting calls for roles so she's really off point with her belief she can pick what she wants to voice act.
If she's going to get into voice acting, she's going to have to start from the bottom rung of background character voices and move up.
As mentioned before, if she wants a boost, she'd need to use Kronii.

a teach i knew was nicknamed mr miller the killer and if he had a murder weapon of choice, itd be a stapler. guy went ballistic on these two girls who were passing notes on class. he grabbed the note and started going ham with the stapler slamming it into the wall. this was roughly 5 minutes before the bell and so we watched stunned as he chimped out. the bell rang and we craned our necks to see what was even on the note and you could see the veins pressing out of his skull as he growled at us to get out of class.
then there was other teach who was infamous for going on angry rants and well as it would turn out, throwing these temper tantrums isnt good for your blood pressure and he ended up having a heart attack or something. mid rant got knocked out cold and had to be carried out via stretcher. he also broke meter sticks by slamming them really hard as well.
then there was the band instructor who looking back was abusive in the way he treated the band. the language was very suspect about how people would justify his angry outbursts and screaming by saying "oh he wouldn't go berserk if he didn't care about us this is just his way of showing he cares. we're all a family so we gotta stick together and bare it mmkay" then there was the sexual abuse where he would grope girls and those girls he would offer key roles in the band. he did get fired for it eventually though so thats a happy ending i guess.
my other music instructor wasnt such a prima donna so not all conductors are bad.

I remember playing Muv Luv (the first one) and I recognized Asami Imai who'd later be more popular in roles such as Chihaya from IM@S, Kurisu from S;G, and Vira from GBF. She just did background mob voices in that. Heck, the guy who voiced Alm in FE Echoes went from a protag role to the goddamn Gatekeeper in 3 Houses, so there is always going to be that level of variation in the scope of work.

Also just having a role for a character doesn't mean they won't dump you instantly. I remember the dub for Jubei-chan making a huge deal over the fact they got the voice actors to reprise their roles in the sequel.

Theres a streamer that reminds me a lot of Kronii that talked about this.
