Japanese Vtuber Group Room201 seems to be accused of being an Incompetent Black Company

Room 201 is a small company managing extremely small Vtubers, with their most subscribed Vtuber being Ishinomaki Tsumuri, otherwise known as TsumuSnail201 having less than 2000 subscribers. The average views for their biggest Vtuber, Tsumuri is only averaging to about 20 viewer per live stream and a few hundred to a few thousand in VOD. It is a failing company. Recently, for some reason, all of Ishinomaki Tsumuri's videos were delisted and accusations against the company have been thrown.

>What happened?
Room201 had a "verbal contract", which includes an imbalanced profit sharing stipulation of "40% billed by 12 months" (A channel making ¥10,000 would be billed 10,000*0.4*12; resulting in ¥96,0000. They recently tried to make it a written one and Tsumuri refused to sign, leading to her account closure.

Said verbal contract also had a clause of "avatar fees" to be paid if the talent is terminated, which Tsumuri doesn't want to pay.


Tsumuri has made it known she does not want to leave Room201, but she wants the written contract to be fixed so that it's not unfair to her.
