It hasn't been confirmed 100%. The only "evidence" that supports the case is her debut and first few vids where she sounds like a guy with a voice changer, however the instant she got a better mic she sounds like the average japanese woman. That and the weird wording in her description because of weird translations, but the very same description speaks of homing pigeons and sea salt.

The real rrat is that Kano is actually a girl.
