The only one that comes to mind is Edo. Her collab cover of Vampire with Rene was a TeddyLoid remix, she did a couple of remixes of her own originals, and she did a couple of mashup covers where she took parts from different songs and got them to play nice together. Among the phony covers, I respectfully disagree. I was checking out all the top phony covers on youtube as well as the ones in 4chan archives. Chima's version stood out to me because her voice had the dual quality of being soft (loli voice) and harsh (mature voice). The gradual change in timber around 2:35 is the masterstroke that sealed the deal for me.

Another vsinger that I could expect to pull this off is Metamoe as she casually does it in her U / millennium parade cover. Unfortunately Metamoe chose to do a collab for Phony, and it's hard to hear Metamoe's subtle change in voice behind Polaris.

Aoi is the better of the 2 overall imo, better enunciation and control over her voice. While I like Shiki's nice lows, it dips between high and lower pitches too much without it seeming intentional, the range is good but she doesn't seem to have the control to keep it consistently where she wants when its outside her norm. (evident in her god syndrome cover)
I'd also dip it toward Aoi in that her songs contain more emotion/personality to them, which while isn't very descriptive it gives it an edge imo considering its in combination while staying pretty consistent and strong. As opposed to Shiki who has a distinct voice, but in Shiki's case I feel like her character detracts from her voice instead of supporting it.

I'd say that Aoi is a standard singer with good fundamentals. While Shiki has a unique voice, and people tend to like the unique, as reflected in how her meteoric reception.
Vibrato is always a big hit with the average listener (see Gura) and Shiki has a distinct one. But a further strange thing about Shiki is that she can switch to a very nasal-sounding voice, changing the brightness of her sound, as can be heard in her God Syndrome cover. It is comparable to how Hibana sounds, and not something people usually hear.

There are many western singers who have made their careers on nasal and bright voices (nasal resonance, twang etc.), as long as they know the proper techniques and breath support. If you're okay with VoDs, there's plenty. Hachi does one a week plus fairly regular guerillas; Cocotsuki does a couple most weeks; Watame has her weekly Fevers; MaiR averages one a week or so; AZKi, Sou Nanamiya, Admiral Ratio, and 88nia all do a lot of singing and you can skip the gaming streams if you want. I also think Kanade MiMi is getting back to her normal streaming pattern of a couple of singing streams a week with the end of the Catstreet tour, but I'm not certain. There's also Hien Madoka who's fairly new but has been cranking out singing streams.

HACHI can't be recommend enough, almost all her streams are karaokes and she's one of the best vsingers out there
there's also CocoTsuki who's a duo channel with 2 great vsingers too, Ryugasaki Rene if you like hiphop more, Akatsuki Luci also great and has a pretty unique way of singing, Shirane Yuki also does a lot of karaokes with long setlists and Shishigami Leona while some of her karaokes can be short or have a lot of talking in between she has a large playlist of her covers and they're all great
