You do this with a a pbx branching and routing every single phone and printer and floor and separate and private network inside your company. Yes you need to route your faxes internally and have either extensions of a fax-ready card on sender and reciever to do DTMF or be an absolute motherfucker and have OCR and pester me at 3am on a tuesday asking me why your dumbass OCR fax doesnt work.
You literally need a whole new infrastructure to use fax or tack it onto the stuff you use for regular email (regular networking) so you're just using hipster email.

Cross company collabs doesnt work like that. 2018 era vtubers knows each other so well theyre way more connected than people know. Niji/Holo collabs for example, happens because they have irl friends from the other company who recommended or introduced another vtuber to collab with. Example, Toko/Suisei, and both Toko and Suisei take turns recommending new guest for their radio like Marine and Ange. Matsuri is good friends with Gunmichi. I dont know about Gundo, but Matsuri during her prime was among the most popular and influential Holos with a large networking, even collabing with indies like Inuyama and Tomari Mari. For HoloEN, Kiara or someone else probably knows Nyanners already, so the collab eventually happens.
