I'm just a kfp that decided to check out the other threads around here and want to provide some info from a Kiara watcher POV. Kiara in a recent superchat reading talked about how the whole dad thing wasn't initially pushed by her as she always called Mori her wife/girlfriend. Her chat responded by saying it was the manga reading that started the dad stuff. In my opinion, it doesn't help that Mori leaned into the dad thing in A Way Out and in Paper's Please plus her fawning over sons in every game she plays. She joked again saying Mori ain't her husband but her sexy wife and also she called Mori daddy at some point during the reading. Honestly, I think both girls don't mind too much and are fine if the dad part dies because Kiara doesn't really care for the specific dad label besides when joking around or wanting cute fanarts. Also obviously fanartists take things too far like how InAme art is edgy as hell with nothing but lore crumbs to back it up.
