thats because most people do not give a shit outside of the holo threads and nijisanji (i have the feeling that the niji en threads are more open towards indie talk).
For Nina in particular an Anon ran Ads on multiple boards, including /jp/ and /vt/. Twice.
The /wvt/ audience is like 300 people across all timezones, 500 if you are really generous. Maybe ~700 with all the small western indie agency threads, but they already do not care about indies (except maybe the tsunderia thread since it has a stronger /wvt/ connection...but it doesnt count if the poster overlap is big anyways). And Nina especially is locked into a a very static ~4 hour time window where she streams from 8-12 CET so many will just not be able to catch her streams.
