Okayu's keeping up with her Ring Fit Adventures. She managed to get through the initial wave of muscle pain from when she started, but now the second course has begun. Funnily enough though, she doesn't mind it so much. While the first wave sucked and made her want to stop, the second wave feels almost good?

Okayu's worried about waking up at a weird time if she goes to sleep now. She should stay up until 9 at least? Again, she really did want to do a stream tonight. This twitcast is fine? Okayu wants a day where the onigiryaa will just do everything for her. Make food, go to the supermarket, set up her streams, and tuck her in bed. She likes being tucked in because her Baa-chan would do that for her often when she was younger. Sometimes she still wants to go back to being a baby like that.

Okayu's been thinking about how helpful sleep is when worrying about something. Before deciding on or dealing with something she's conflicted about, she usually finds it's best to relieve her heart a bit by sleeping. Chat also mentions that crying can help, and she agrees. Okayu feels like crying by herself makes her feel refreshed, though she's not a big fan of crying in front of others. It's less that she doesn't want to be seen, and more that she doesn't want to make others feel like they have to worry about her.

Okayu's really started to enjoy the muscle pain though. Before, her favorite pain was from canker sores, but now muscle pain is climbing the ranks too. Actually, she hasn't had a canker sore the whole year, and she thinks it's entirely because she likes it. So now that she's begun to like muscle pain, she's sure it'll leave her soon enough too.

She has no plans to do one as of right now. She's still too bad at it; panting all the time. Though, if she gets ripped, she'd probably be okay with doing one.

Planks are probably the hardest one for her right now. She finds herself doing them pretty frequently, whining about wanting it to end the whole time. What's more, sometimes Temari walks under her as she's planking, and it becomes a plank that she absolutely cannot fail. Temari probably thinks her mama is just playing with her and making a fun tunnel, not knowing the extra torture she's putting Okayu through. Okayu hates the planking, but finds herself using it a lot because of it's strength in the game. She's an efficient cat, and she thinks most gamers probably feel the same as she does. Even though they may have a lot of options, they want to pick the optimal one for the situation. Then the ring tricks her by telling her to relax and drink some water, before suddenly screaming at her to do the ab guard. Okayu's being bullied by a game where everybody else can't see her.

I'm not implying, that cover does nothing. There's a lot money flowing and a people have to be paid, investments have to be made. And hopefully nobody things, the chuubas aren't well paid. Okayu is constantly investing in her stream room. The KU100 is on her buying list. And by the little stories how often she seems to go out with the others for eating lunch or so, I would say, it's an income on the top 5% of Japan.
But it seems fair, if you think about their work. Lot's of practicing singing, dancing, doing stupid promotions, setting up their own thumbnails... who knows what kind of assets (music, graphics, etc) Cover provides for their stream. I've seen Fubuki using the free version of Pulsoid to display her pulse in stream. The bgms they pick. Maybe, they can just say: Cover, get me a license for that and this is what cover does for them similar to the games they want to play. Since their last costume reveal, I think the design and development of their avatars and stream overlays is also completely in their direction and Cover is just supporting that by providing artists for them.

Still something where I have lots of questions. Either all chuubas live nearby enough so they don't have too much hassle to travel there and be at home in the evening. Korone, Subaru and Okayu cannot live to far away from each other. But in general, I'm still questioning, if it's their own studio or if they have to pay rent and thus is the reason why it's not used more often besides Covid effects.

Okayu Fall Guys 1/2

The first frame Okayu makes bugs out, and she has to make a new one. It surprises her, seeing as something like that hasn't happened in quite a while. After the second frame starts, her Xbox controller won't connect, and she has to go get her backup.

Okayu accidentally ops out of a semifinal round, and goes back to the main menu. She apologizes, and asks if she can make an excuse. The thing is, she's been playing a lot of Switch games lately, but is using an Xbox controller for this. The A button is switched on those two controller, so she just pressed it by accident. She's very frustrated.

Okayu hasn't done one in a while, has she? She wants to do one soon, or at least a really long game stream. All her streams lately, besides Trials of Mana, have been an hour or two in length. The problem is that she's been getting sleepy at night lately. Chat says that just means she's being healthy, but she thinks it was a lot easier to do long streams when she had an irregular sleep schedule. Actually, even though she did a twitcast because she was sleepy yesterday, she wasn't really able to get more than an hour in for a while. Even though she was tired, she couldn't sleep, maybe because she got too fired up with that Wii Fit talk at the end?

The BGM of the see-saw level cuts out halfway through, and Okayu says she'll sing the BGM instead. She ends up changing her mind, and saying that the sound of the creaking could be good for ASMR, and starts whispering about it. See-saw ASMR would be weird though, right? It'd be somebody by themselves on a see-saw, while loud wind blew into the binaural mic. It'd be really surreal.

Okayu goes one game further than she said she would, and jokes about having to hurry up before Mom pulls the power. There were a lot of times where her baa-chan would try and get Okayu to come eat dinner while she was busy playing a game, and she sees it now as a form of love. As an adult living by herself, Okayu knows she can always just warm it up again and again, but the food kind of deteriorates over time. It makes sense that her Baa-chan wanted Okayu to eat a hot, fresh meal. Come to think of it, when her baa-chan made ramen, Okayu would usually finish up much quicker, knowing that the noodles wouldn't do so well later. Okayu advises moms and dads to make ramen for their kids if they want them to wrap up their gaming faster.

The strange thing is, she saw a ton of messages congratulating her on it before she even tweeted about it. How did you guys find out before she did? Okayu really wants to get in the habit of doing daily tweets, but she still ends up mostly using it to announce if there's a stream or not. She wonders what would be good to tweet. Normally, Okayu makes rather minimalistic thumbnails, but she went all out trying to make a "Youtube" style thumbnail. She shows it off and talks about it for a bit. Normally, she's bad at making these style thumbnails, but she did a lot of research. Then, when in the middle of a Ring Fit session, the increased blood flow hit her with inspiration, and she immediately rushed off to make it. She'll be talking with her mama, who will be brushing up the rough drawing that Okayu made, and then there will be an announcement at the end. Okayu's not good at drawing her own face, so she just drew kachineko. Isn't this art kind of creepy? Her mama didn't know what to make of it when she first saw it.
