Roboco, her chat isn't fast but her translator is a mod. It helps knowing they trust their translation and it's easy to spot them.

Now that you mention it Watame's has been kind of patchy of late as people are probably just busy and the sheep streams for such a loooooooooooooong time. There generally aren't any TL during her Night Fevers but
I have noticed however that when she says something pertinent, say during her long ass post-stream SC readings aka therapy sessions, if there's nobody doing a TL then someone steps in and relays the sagely words of the sheep.
Perhaps your filters aren't picking up the EN tag or whatever variant or you just happen to be watching when there really is nobody bothering to TL.
Generally when a chuuba is playing something like a JRPG they won't get any TL's, and many will bail during SC cept for Haachama's.

I'm too used to using the now unsupported script but if you can fiddle with your program's filters setting then adding the following if they're not already accounted for might help. I think it's just more of a case that you've stumbled into her streams when nobody's around though.

You probably don't need "Author is verified". Lots of holos are not verified anyway, and they are a mod in most other channels. So, "Author is moderator" is enough if you just want to catch other holos.

Nijisanji doesn't have liveTL culture, chuubas like Hayama Rin and Yumeoi have MTL on the screen but it is rudimentary and likes to translate into lewd sentences like DeepL likes to do. Iirc Cover hired a bunch of the more high-quality translators in the Hololive fandom to be the translators for official stuff like the shows, HoloGra, and even the new site related to HoloAlternative, Holonometria. They've been creditted in the descriptions of each video since the start of August iirc.

I won't deny what he is saying, but Suisei speaks very fast, and most of her streams are extremely chaotic. And the difficulty level is increased drastically whenever she collabs, and then increased more when her partner also speaks fast or in a incomprehensible manner like Miko, and add chaos into the collab. The only good thing is that she rarely plays EOP filter games. Most of her dedicated TLer that stopped doing clips would rather give context on her streams on Discord(or maybe even Suisei thread) than live TLing, though they still do it sometimes if they feel like it
