Just adding to your point, I've watched quite a lot of r6 pro league. Siege is still essentially a gun game first, see BDS. You still need to win your 1v1 gunfights no matter how much utility. Your strategy doesn't need to be deep, only competent, and strategy only helps secures a fair duel in siege.

He asked Alphaazur to gather up members, but Alpha was only able to find 1 other person, so they quickly found any streams that were eligible, which caused a point discrepancy.

The point limit wasn't meant to be a hard cap, only a guideline. When they were considering team balance, there were a few teams that had r6s experience already, so they thought Alpha's team with no experience should have more predators.

He believes the current disparity between teams isn't caused by the point differentials, but rather the difference in the amount of practice team each had over the week, and hopes the weaker teams can make a comeback and look forward to the main match.

Also there was miscommunication between Kenki and Ibrahim, he sent the point limit of 3 members to Ibrahim but Ibrahim thought the point limit was for 4 members instead of 3. But Kenki didn't clear up the misunderstanding which explains why Ibrahim's team has 4 diamond players. I don't think Alpha is to blame at all. He has a strong team that are taking this seriously.
What the organizers failed to bear in mind is that the other teams can't do this to the same extent. 2434 in particular - they have other obligations to fulfill in the meantime. VSpo have spent more time practicing, but even they can't do it full time.
I have no idea about Enako's team though.

But on top of this, his AA's team is just stronger to start with. Before all the additional time and practice they are able to put in. Things shouldn't have been arranged this way at all.

KDA is a factor in what your hidden casual mmr is. Party casual follows the highest casual mmr dude in the party. That's EOMM. That roof was compromised though, they should have withdrawn behind the house to break line of sight for a safer approach from either left or right(killing the dude in the second flor is optional). Keeping the roof meant 0 cover when it was time to move unless they had a Black Hole.

Reid is a great leader but he's conservative with Bora, probably due to reputation/rank + being unfamiliar with Fuse and trying to learn him. Fuse + Horizon has a lot of synergy since Fuse gets more mileage on height advantage, getting lifted so he can pop clusters without getting snagged on terrain + double ult.

Bora's bloodthirst is all right, all she needs to do is tell the team that she wants to push or focus down any player coming from a specific direction. If it's a terrible idea, Reid can explain why and shoot back with another plan. Instead Bora is covering one angle, Met another, Reid another so they take pot shots on individual enemies when they only need to cover 2 angles at most.
I chuckled a lot whenever Bora checked her kill feed, she was fiending for fights every game and went straight sniper rifle so she could do something but I think that backfired since Reid started playing more passively and keeping the team's weapon config in mind instead of thinking that they can do a slightly scattered map position, have Bora take 2-3 shots and immediately push upon cracking even 1 player.
