Home3D is a program that doesn't have lower body tracking and so you can't move the character's arms or legs around except with pre made canned animations like a walking cycle. That's what she was using when she was walking into the wall or when she instantly changed from a standing pose to a sitting one during this stream.
There are things like mocopi, which allow arm and leg tracking, and that's the thing that Marine and Korone used when their models freaked out and when they went to the bathroom while wearing the tracking equipment. But gura doesn't usually use mocopi.
Then there is the full body tracking that Gura normally uses for her 3D stream that allow her to move around and fall down and track her hands and stuff.

What they call hand tracking in the camera section is not the induatry standard of what hand tracking means. Hand tracking refers fo being able to track finger motions and full smooth hand movements. According to their own tutorial that you just linked, it cannot do smooth hand movements or finger tracking without leap motion and leap motion hardware. If we were going by their definition of "basic" hand tracking that they listed in the camera section, then mocopi is also capable of hand tracking.
But that is not what Gura was doing. She was capable of streaming with high resolution fluid arm and leg movements and full hand and finger movements. That is not Live3D. Once again, Live3D is not capable of what Gura was showing without external hardware and software.
