My oshi was a small indie of 40 viewers and we exchanged tens of thousands of messages and she graduated partially because of me so I'm pretty sure she knows I exist

I cope by not having an oshi. I literally don't care who the streamer is, I will watch a stream entirely based on the contents (game I wanna see, neat stream idea, etc.). If the streamer entertains me, then I'll be more inclined to check out their other streams but that's it. I have become immunized to yabs because I am simply not that invested in the individual.
