I'll echo the other posts about Dizzy. I've considered her my kamioshi for close to four years now, I love her a lot and no matter what happens I'm not going to completely drop her, but frankly I've started to absolutely hate the fact that her content focus is shifting even more towards general Phase stuff rather than herself than ever before. It was already pretty annoying in the past, but I could at least put up with it because she was putting out enough of her own content to make up for it, but ever since she quit her other job to become a full time vtuber it's started becoming worse and worse as all the freed up time that you would expect her to put towards herself and her own projects is instead being focused on propping up things like Phase Weekly, 90MTM, and other company projects that management wants to happen but won't put the effort into themselves, and it even seeps into her regular content like with the stream from a few days ago that was just watching even more Phase clips. The terminal manager brain is easily the single biggest thing holding Dizzy back right now, to the point of outright making her content worse sometimed, and it's incredibly frustrating that even she knows it but still continues to feed into the problem instead of trying to work past it at all.
So with all that said, my wish for 2025 is for Dizzy to focus more on herself, the person I watch Dizzy Dokuro streams for, and less on being a one-note Phase Connect mouthpiece. Please stop making me feel like you'd rather go back to being a manager and start being as great of a vtuber as I know you can be.
