Pekora had 47 mil right before July priviting happened, then dropped to 17 million.
A number of streams which disappeared have returned since, so there's no way to know for sure how much was lost.
BTW, it might look like Fubuki didn't drop by much, but that's because she instantly got to clearing her videos and recovered 20 mill views within the week.
