Not really, while VShojo's business model does depend on their community well-being. They also didn't had much issues besides those 3 leaving, said 3 formed a clique on thier own and each did and say things older fans and people in the general audience didn't like. VShojo got a boost due to Smite, even with the low morale of 3 talents leaving, which only increased with the fact that people left in the org kinda realized that it was their fault that low morale was among the community because they just simply didn't collabed as much, so they got back to it. And the contacts stuff was pushed back by Zentreya, Kson and Ironmouse, which made them stay and VShojo kept being ok.

Henya is just genuinely the cherry on top of it, had she not joined, VShojo would have been fine. Henya only made morale and general impressions of the org better. I think the tale would have only been different if Ironmouse or Zentreya had left.

VShojo's existence as a brand is interesting because their vtubers still exist after they leave. Like imagine if Ame and Fauna left Hololive, but were the exact same vtubers and could even talk about their time in Hololive and still collab with other Holos from time to time? After Vei and Nyan left I didn't know how to feel about VShojo, but VShojo's new members seem to enjoy the group dynamic and utilize management to help them with all their goals and projects so it's a really good fit for them. I still watch a lot of VShojo members and like VShojo, but if any of them ever left for something that was a better fit for them I'd still watch them.
