One difference with the Promise girls is that they clearly see Hololive as a job rather than as a full commitment (Kiara, Mori) or as a lifeline (Gura, Ame). Kronii is very obvious about this but Bae and Irys personas are also fairly artificial. When they Collab they clearly get along but I never had the impression that they were all super close friends. Irys is friends with Bae and Kronii, but I don't see a lot of committed relationships outside of that. The brief time where Fauna fucked Kronii was an exception to the rule, but I have never seen those two as super close otherwise.

Advent is different in that they are way deeper into the kayfabe, and so it's harder to picture the person behind the character. Fauna is always in character, but she doesn't strike me as a great actress which makes the saplings more attached to her since they can see glimpses of the real person, while someone like Kronii has more experience acting but she slips out of character very often. Either way, the whole group never created the impression of a fully committed team like Advent now, or Myth back in the day.
