So for someone with a ton of energy as a vtuber, it's easy to get good clips and videos to edit. On the opposite end you have people with little energy, banking off of their comfort level instead. What are you supposed to do to replace clips in this case? I'm struggling to find something to advertise myself outside of stream because I am not meant to have that much energy. Is it a simple issue of that's just how it works as an entertainer? Or maybe there are other things that would work as clips besides the high activity moments?

Doing news is good content for your youtube channel, it's very smart. I think if you wish to grow, you need to do a lot of major networking and you should aim at doing streams on twitch where you can network with other vtubers easier while you keep posting videos on youtube to play to the strengths of each platforms. Artist vtubers are very easy to network with because art is the best way of making friends, use that to your advantage but dont get used for free art either. Also looking at your webtoon, you seem proficient at drawing comics too, I'd suggest drawing a 4koma about a youtube topic you're gonna cover for the news and post it on twitter, it might go viral one day.
