People can't stop rrating about what led to Chloe's decision to graduate but it's plenty obvious if you think about it
It's not like she dislike working or being part of management projects considering she's in Umisea, Deco27, BlueJourney, HoloWitch, HLZNTL, Hoshimatic, etc. nor did she seem to dislike any of her activities including making music, performing on stage, or streaming in general.
She simply chased the bags, buy tons of property, and chose to retire early with a royalty deal.
She'll most likely reincarnate as an indie a few months after where she could still have fun with her fans and with better cuts and way less oversight. For the pragmatic Chloe, this just sounds like a good deal to her and that's why she did what she did. She has nothing left she wanted to do in holo thay she can't just do it herself at her own pace.

So with this whole "creative differences" thing going on, does anyone have a list of what each holo feels about it? I know Suisei and Towa came out and said the changes are real, but they're grateful for the opportunities Cover provides. Pekora seems to be either neutral or slightly negative, but she did complain about how streaming isn't a focus for Hololive. Same with Marine but she's always been a corporate dog so it's hard to know what she thinks about it.
You also have Lamy and Noel talked about how you have to really convince management and explain how their projects will benefit the company in order to get them greenlit. Older holo like Lui with her music career and Botan with her tournament seem to be able to adjust to this well, but that doesn't seem to be the case for younger holo like Sakamata. Overall it seems to be an adapt-or-get-forgotten situation as far as this "creative difference" is concerned.
